Julio
was born and raised in Aguadilla, a surfing town in the
northwest corner of Puerto Rico. He graduated with honors
from the University of Puerto Rico obtaining a degree
in Business Administration. While in college he met his
wife Alma and they have a baby, Julian Andres, which is
15 months old and growing by the minute.
Julio
became a Perry citizen in 1998 adapting fast to Perry
lifestyle and blending in with our locals. Julio did
not waste time and started working at the Hotel Pattee.
He also worked at Yellow Transportation and most recently
at the Raccoon Valley Bank. He is very involved in our
community and our schools.
After
getting his real estate license we welcomed Julio here
at Remax Pros on Main where he became the first bilingual
real estate agent in Perry. Julio is a consummate professional.
Being very knowledgeable in the banking business Julio
provides his clients with important information about
financing and loan programs. He provides an incredible
service to our community and he takes excellent care
of his clients. He is a wonderful asset to our office
and we are happy to have him. With over 2.5 million
dollars in sales last year, he was named Rookie of the

Amy and her husband Kendal Rathje have lived in Perry since 1997. They have 3 boys, Pat, Ryan & Luke. Amy prides herself in her community involvement. She is the assistant coach for her son's T-ball team, is a Sunday School Teacher at Mt. Olivet Church, Secretary for Habitat for Humanity, the Treasurer for the Perry Summer Swim Team & is involved in XI PI Sorority. Amy loves her family time, the outdoors, shopping, antiques & the Cyclones!
